Passport assistance

I just wanted to say that the US Department of State, Passport department has really got it together. I had recently clients who needed "extra visa pages" added to their well used passports. They told me of this need on December 10. then visited me December 11 where we went online to complete the application. They were really concerned as they we about to leave January 4, 2013) for a 36 day cruise> I have to admit I was too! The State Department indicated 2- 3 week processing time, even expedited. To everyones surprise, quite a pleasant one, their passports were returned to them with the extra pages one week later on December 18.
